These Terms of Service govern your use of the Greenstate gardener online store and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment already taken.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown exclusive of sales tax; any applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 0-1 business days (handling) and deliver within 1–4 business days in total (handling + 1-3 business days transit). See our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns & cancellations

6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
