Order confirmation & receipts
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the items, the amount charged, applicable sales tax, and your shipping address. This email is your receipt — please keep it for your records.
One charge per order
You are charged a single time for each order, at the moment the order is confirmed. You may occasionally see a temporary authorization hold from your bank before the final charge settles; the hold is released automatically and is not an additional charge.
Refunds & adjustments
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting an eligible return. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Billing disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us first at support@greenstategardener.com and we will investigate and correct any genuine mistake promptly — usually faster than a card chargeback.
Sales tax
All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of sales tax. Any applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
