Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and manuals
  • Free from damage, modification, or misuse

No Restocking Fees

Returns are completely free. We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@greenstategardener.com with your order number and reason
  2. We will send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
  3. Pack securely and ship using the provided label
  4. Keep your tracking number for reference

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unwanted items of equal value. Contact us to arrange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
