What’s Covered

A 2-year warranty from date of purchase covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional failures under normal use
  • Component or material defects not caused by the user

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow the product manual
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

How to Make a Claim

  1. Email support@greenstategardener.com with your order number and description of the issue
  2. Provide photos or a short video showing the defect
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost

Warranty Remedies

  • Free replacement of the defective product or part
  • Repair or exchange for an equivalent item
  • Full or partial refund
