What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 90 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 7 days.
Are the products genuine? I am buying from an independent retailer.
Yes. Every product sold at Green State Gardener is brand-new, factory-sealed, and genuine. We are an independent retailer — not an authorized dealer of any brand — but we carry only authentic, new-in-box merchandise.
What warranty comes with the products?
