Warranty & replacement
Every item we sell is brand-new, authentic, and in its original packaging. We sell genuine products from Honda, EGO, Segway-Ninebot, Segway Navimow, MAMMOTION and other brands, and any manufacturer warranty offered by those brands applies in addition to the coverage below. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or refund it — your choice.
Dead-on-arrival & defects
If an item arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, contact us at support@greenstategardener.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Manufacturer warranty
Many products also carry a manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and workmanship for a period set by the manufacturer. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will help you start a claim and coordinate the repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear and consumable or wear parts.
- Damage from misuse, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized modification or repair.
- Damage caused after delivery by mishandling or normal aging.
How to request a replacement
- Email support@greenstategardener.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
- Include photos or video of the defect where possible.
- We review your request and send return or replacement instructions, typically within one business day.
