Reporting a security issue
We take the security of our store and our customers’ data seriously. If you discover a security vulnerability, suspicious activity, or a potential data issue affecting our website, please let us know so we can address it quickly and responsibly.
How to report
Email a detailed description to support@greenstategardener.com with the subject line “Security Report”. Please include:
- A clear description of the issue and where you found it (the page URL or feature).
- The steps needed to reproduce it.
- Any supporting screenshots or details that would help us understand the impact.
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge valid reports within a few business days and will keep you informed as we work on a fix. We ask that you give us a reasonable amount of time to resolve an issue before disclosing it publicly, and that you do not access, modify, or delete data that does not belong to you.
Responsible disclosure
Please act in good faith: do not run automated scans that degrade our service, do not attempt denial-of-service attacks, and do not access other customers’ accounts or personal information. Reports made in good faith under these guidelines will not lead to legal action from us.
