Accepted payment methods
Greenstate gardener accepts the following payment methods: visa, mastercard, paypal. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers over an SSL-encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
When you are charged
Your payment method is authorized when you place your order and charged in full at the time the order is confirmed. By submitting an order you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total shown at checkout, including the order amount, any applicable shipping, and sales tax.
Prices & taxes
All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of sales tax. Any applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Currency
All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.
Billing information accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We may cancel or refuse an order if billing details cannot be verified or if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed until a valid payment is received. We are not responsible for any overdraft, currency-conversion, or other fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
