90-day returns
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at support@greenstategardener.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you return instructions (by mail).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days — original payment.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 90 days and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
