What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, if it hasn’t shipped. Email us immediately at support@greenstategardener.com.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum required.
How long will my order take?
Processing: 0–1 business days. Delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment. Total: 1–4 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You’ll receive it by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
90 days from the delivery date.
How do I return an item?
Email support@greenstategardener.com with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Returns are completely free.
