Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately — orders process quickly.
How to Cancel
- Email support@greenstategardener.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line
- Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible
- If approved, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days
Orders Already Shipped
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse the delivery or return the item under our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellations by Us
We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded.
Refund Timing
