*Special Orders are defined as orders placed for specific items at the request of the customer.
The Fine Print:
- Sign up requires either 1) a business tax ID, or, 2) initial order of $2,000+, and $250 minimum purchase thereafter.
- 20% Commercial Discount applies to pre-ordered items with standard margins only; off-the-shelf inventory and items with MAP pricing requirements will be MSRP. This discount cannot be stacked.
- 50% due upon ordering; 50% due at pick-up; (100% down required for direct deliveries)
- When applicable, shipping rates for direct delivery & orders that do not piggyback on store deliveries will be included in the quote.
- Customers are responsible for specifying products and verifying the order via written confirmation; account manager is here to provide all options and assist in the selection.
- Per distributor policy, there is a 20% restocking fee for all returned special orders (this does not apply to defective or damaged items).
