GREEN STATE GARDENER IN-STORE REFUND POLICY
Green State Gardener retail store will accept, for return or exchange, unopened / unused items that are in new condition and are unaltered / undamaged by the customer within 14 days with proof of purchase. Defective items under warranty may be refunded or exchanged subject to eligibility – some exceptions apply (e.g. soil and bulbs). CBD product sales are final – exceptions may apply at the stores discretion. All refunds require proof of purchase and will be refunded exclusively in the same tender. All returns are at the discretion of store management.

By purchasing products from Green State Hemp, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that you are purchasing products containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program.
Damage Due to Freight or Shipping:
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facilities. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product, along with photos of any physical damage endured.
- Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team by contacting us here.
- Provide a copy of your invoice or receipt with the returning products. Email this receipt to our customer service and ship the box back unopened.
- Products must be returned and insured at your own expense to: Green State Hemp 388 Pine St. Burlington VT 05401.
- All returns must be shipped pre-paid. Risk of loss in shipping returned products falls completely on the shoulders of the customer. If returned products are lost during shipping, Green State Hemp reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
